The location was perfect, with a lovely village and a charming garden right in front of the rooms. The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.
The only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast option. It took quite a while for the food to arrive, despite there being only a few guests.

The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the food was amazing! We enjoyed the beautifully presented dishes and the tasty flavors. the bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The mattress was memory foam, which was too soft for my liking and made it difficult to sleep well. the pillows were extremely flat and offered no support.

Beautiful setting, excellent accommodation, hot tub with garden view, spotlessly clean lodge, friendly and attentive staff, well-presented and tasty dinner.
Nothing negative to say.

I have to say, the value for money at the Kings Arms was excellent. The room, although small, was comfortable and clean. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions like Gt Yarmouth and Norwich. The staff were super friendly and always went out of their way to help.
The breakfast selection could have been more varied.

The value for money at The Kings Arms was great, and the room was beautifully decorated with a comfy bed. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The only thing that could make the morning meal even better would be to have a wider variety of breakfast options.

We recently stayed at a lovely villa in Fleggburgh and had a great time. The garden rooms were spacious and perfect for our dogs. The roast dinner served on Sunday was absolutely delicious and a real treat. We also enjoyed the modern bathroom and the decking area outside our room.
The laminate flooring in the villa was a bit tired and had some chips in it. The heating system kept us awake at night with its clicking sound and bright illuminating thermostat.

We loved the super friendly and efficient staff who answered all our questions professionally. the food was top-notch, with excellent breakfast options and the option for eggs on toast. We also enjoyed dining in the restaurant, where the food was well-presented and served on hot plates. the accommodation was excellent, with a nice and clean room, courtesy upgrade, and a fantastic shower. the hotel even allowed my dog to join me in the bar while I ate. Easy access to nearby attractions like Gt Yarmouth, Potter Heigham, Norwich, and the Broads. the hot tub was available for use, which other guests seemed pleased with.

I had a wonderful stay at the Kings Arms! The decorations in the room were lovely and added a special touch to the atmosphere. The hot tub was a fantastic addition and provided the perfect way to relax. The food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing - beautifully presented and delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure that everything was perfect during my stay. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and watching the meal being prepared was a delightful experience. The breakfast was equally impressive, with high-quality and well-prepared dishes. I will definitely be returning, even if it's just for a meal. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so enjoyable - I can't wait to come back!
The only small drawback I noticed was that the lights on the exterior of the rooms stayed on all night, which made the room quite bright in the early hours of the morning. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't significantly affect my overall experience.
